The messages are provided by users and are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such messages originated. Adventure Balloons is not the publisher of the messages provided by users and will not be liable in any way for any messages included by users in any e-card emailed or otherwise transmitted via the e-card service. However, Adventure Balloons may remove content from any e-card at its discretion.

You must not use the e-card service to:

• upload, email or otherwise transmit any message or content:
• to advertise or solicit goods or services or otherwise use the e-card service for any advertising, promotional, business or commercial purpose;
• that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually-orientated, blasphemous, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, sexist, racist or ageist or which is otherwise offensive or objectionable or may cause distress or discomfort to any other person, or advocates any illegal or immoral activity;
• that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or that infringes the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of any party;
• that constitutes "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", "pyramid schemes", or any other similar form of communication;
• that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

Adventure Balloons reserves the right to: (a) suspend or terminate your access to the e-card service, or parts of it; and/or (b) edit, remove or discard, or require you to edit any message or content uploaded, emailed or otherwise transmitted on or through the e-card service, if you or any message or content appears to us to be in breach of any provision or the spirit of these terms and conditions or to be bringing the e-card service or the name or reputation of Adventure Balloons into disrepute.

You agree that any suspension or termination of your access to the e-card service may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the e-card service. Further, you agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any suspension or termination of your access to the e-card service.

Service Availability and Content Changes

Adventure Balloons reserves the right to withdraw or make changes to the contents of this website at any time and without notice. You agree that Adventure Balloons shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any withdrawal, modification, unavailability, suspension or discontinuance of this website.
