We may preserve e-cards, personal messages and any other content for our own use and may also disclose them: (a) to our service providers for the purpose of providing the e-card service to you; (b) for the purpose of properly administering the e-card service; and/or (c) if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that any such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a legal process, enforce these terms and conditions, respond to claims that any e-card, personal message or any other content violates the rights of third parties, or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of other users or the public.
